Signature Building Systems is a full service Fire and Life Safety Solutions Company headquartered in New York. SBS designs, installs, inspects, tests and services fire alarm, nurse call and CCTV systems.
SBS offers weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual inspection schedules to meet the specific regulatory and insurance requirements of our customers. Our qualified inspection team provides inspection services to ensure that alarm systems and devices are functioning properly, are tested regularly, and meet applicable code requirements.
SBS offers the following services:
- Installation of Fire Alarm, Nurse Call and CCTV systems
- Inspection & Testing of Addressable/Analog Fire Alarm Systems
- Programming for a variety of alarm systems
- Servicing of all fire alarm devices
- Central Station Monitoring of fire alarm systems
SBS provides on-going maintenance support and repair services on a wide variety of life safety systems. Our Service Department has the ability to work in occupied spaces, so that the customer’s business and personnel experience the least disruption. We also work during “off hours” to accommodate our customers. SBS offers emergency and repair service for all types of Fire Alarm and Nurse call Systems and all types of special CCTV systems. We offer a wide variety of maintenance contract agreements designed for the specific site’s needs. Our technicians are available for 24 hour on-call emergency service.
SBS employs NICET certified inspectors, designers, & estimating staff. Our Fire Alarm & CCTV manager is a NICET IV in fire alarm systems, as well as a principal member of the NFPA.
We have extensive experience working in Hospital, Educational, Federal, and Commercial environment.
Our leadership team has over 20 years of experience managing and installing a wide variety of fire safety solutions, installation experience with very large systems including fire alarm and nursecall system as well as 20 years experience in project management of low voltage technologies with project values ranging up to $2,000,000.00 each. With degrees in Business Management, NICET certified technicians and recognized industry leaders in a number of other disciplines, you can be sure you will be getting competent support on your project.
